Pozdravljeni obiskovalci moje spletne strani.

Kar nekaj ljudi me pozna, le redki poznavalci pa vedo, s čim se profesionalno ukvarjam. Večinoma zato, ker že nekaj let živim v tujini, kjer še poglabljam svoje znanje, predvsem pa gradim veze in poznanstva, ter zaupanje tistih, ki me potrebujejo - konjev. Upam, da vam bom na svoji strani lahko bližje predstavil svoje delo in vas s tem vzpodbudil, da mi vsaj v kakšnem segmentu sledite. Mladi ljudje večinoma iščemo sami sebe, biti izjema in že kmalu vedeti kaj hočeš, pa nikoli ni slabo.

Zgodovina moje ljubezni do konj sega v mojih rosnih 9 let, ko sem prvič sedel nanj. Že zametki mojega dela z njimi so mi pokazali pot, v kateri vztrajam od takrat, večinoma s presežki. V svoji kratki življenjski poti sem dosegel ogromno, s svojim delom, svojim trudom, ob podpori domačih. Dirkal sem v Budimpešti, Bratislavi, Milanu, Pisi, Grossetti, Albengi, Livornu, Vareseju (Italija). Leta 2005 sem osvojil naslov madžarskega šampiona jockeyev-amaterjev in jockeyev-skakalcev (galopske dirke z zaprekami), leta 2008 sem kot najmlajši peofesionalni jockey tekmoval v madžarskem derby-u. V svoji dirkalni karieri sem opravil 118 startov, zmagal 19 krat in bil uvrščen med drugim in petim mestom 52 krat.Trenutno treniram konje v Newmarketu (Anglija) v dirkalnem hlevu trenerja Luce Cumanija (www.lucacumani.com), pozimi odhajam v Dubai.

Konji so nekaj čudovitega, dirkalni konji pa krona nad vsemi. Neskončno inteligentni, prijazni, temperamentni, straho spoštujoči. Čeprav čisto neupravičeno veljajo za divje, ko jih spoznaš, opazuješ in z njimi delaš, ugotoviš, da si težko najdeš podobno žival med podobnimi, z veliko karakterja in zdrave pameti.

Biti jockey in sprejeti posledice je pogum, ki ga lahko žene samo velika želja po uspehu. Ni ga čez tesno zmago, ni ga čez adrenalin, ki ti zalije telo ob štartu. Zato vam ob prebiranju moje spletne strani želim veliko adrenalina, športnih užitkov in zavedanja, da jockey ni človek, ki na konju sedi in čaka kaj se bo zgodilo, pač pa ključni faktor, ki s sposobnostjo razpo znavanja temperamenta konj, konju lahko omogoči doseči največ.

Dear visitors of my web side,

A lot of people know me, but few of them know, what I'm doing in my life, therefore I decided to publish my personal web side. Since I dedicated my life to race horses, homeland friends and school friends almost forgot about me, basically because of the fact, that I live abroad for some time now.

My love for horses began at my 9 years of age, when I set on it for the first time. Since than I know for sure, that working with them and teaching them the skills of racing, will be my future. Quite soon (at 14 years) I wanted to know, how the racing industry works, what should be done, to prepare the racehorse achieving the best results possible. According to the situation in Slovenia, which doesn’t have any racecourse at all, neither the possibility for learning of riding the racehorses, I managed to spend every holiday in Hungary, by well-known trainer Sandor Ribarszky. 

At age of 16, I got the riding licence as an amateur rider and started my racing carrier in Hungary. For two racing seasons (2004 and 2005) I raced in Budapest and in 2005 managed to achieve Hungarian championship for amateur riders and championship for jump riders as well, both in same year, by age of 18.

In 2006 I wanted to learn more about racing, therefore I moved to Italy, in Pisa, working for Italian trainer Mr. Giorgo Benini. I learned a lot of new skills needed in racing, and managed to race in Italy as amateur rider as well. In 2007 I returned in Hungary and tried myself in professional riding rang. I was quite successful; therefore the opportunity for racing in the most important race in race horse life, Derby, became the option. In 2008 I got the chance to ride in Hungarian Derby, as the youngest attendee. In my short racing carrier I rode in Budapest, Bratislava, Milan, Pisa, Grosseta, Varese, Florence and Livorno. I rode 118 times, 19 winners and have been placed 52 times, between second and fifth place.

In winter 2007 I went in UK for the first time, working as working rider in the racing stable of jump trainer Mr. Charlie Mann. It was very pleasant and educational experience for me, meeting new knowledge in preparing the jump horses, as well as order and organization of the work in jump race stable. After season 2008, I moved in UK again to join racing stable of jump trainer Niel Mulholland in Larkinglass. Regarding my strong commitment to flat races, I moved to Newmarket, where I live in present.

I work as a work rider in race stable of trainer Mr. Luca Cumani. Visiting all world known racecourses, the most important attendees in gallop industry and fantastic horses are the experiences, which represents the way of my life. I built the strong and patient attitude to hard work and horses especially, which gave me the possibility to spend the winter 2009/2010 in Dubai. Fantastic experience.
